Very tasty, always happy

To be honest, I was disappointed and angry. We sat in the "heated garden" and were among the first guests. It was already full when the order was placed, when the food arrived (in contrast to the restaurant) there was no longer any question of distance rules. What is completely unacceptable for us, unfortunately we did not even know that there were almost only smokers here. In summer, when the room is open and ventilated, I can accept that. At least never again. Food mediocre (lamb fillet). The only plus point. Friendly staff.

Very good location, because the premises offer enough space to keep your distance during the corona pandemic, so that you can relax, sit and eat there. In addition, the quality of the food is very good. The service is nice and attentive.

Staff very friendly food was not my taste

The palm house is a classic. There is decent food in a pleasant atmosphere and very warm service. Always worth a visit.

Simply great Great service, great food. Our waitress fulfilled all of our special requests :) the food was just great. I had the salmon fillet with chanterelles and rice. I always reserve in advance. In all the years I've been eating there, there have never been any problems. To put it in one sentence: I recommend the Palm House with 5 stars :)

Were there as a family with two young children without a reservation on Sunday. The food was plentiful and the quality was really very good, only the almost typical side salad could be improved, although the dressing was also delicious. Price-performance ratio is right in any case. The two little ones got a little ice cream from the house at the end. Absolutely not a matter of course and was therefore very well received. Thank you for that? The ambience is also appealing, only as background music I would have liked Greek music instead of modern pop. Corona rules were also perfectly implemented with regard to distances, contact details, etc. We will definitely return on one of our next visits to the Forbidden City.

A super nice restaurant with a great atmosphere. You can immediately see how much love the owners put in here. The outside area is amazing! ??? The service staff was so attentive, warm and charming that we felt totally welcome and well looked after. Thanks for that! ? The food was just delicious too! Well seasoned and cooked to the point. The portions are also suitable for people with a good hunger. If you are not so hungry, you can have the leftovers wrapped up easily. All in all we had a wonderful evening, great food and would love to come back! ???

The palm house is all together a very nice restaurant and the food is really delicious and plentiful. Nevertheless, I deduct a few stars from my rating because the stairs to the toilets are really life-threatening. Especially for older people and there are many guests from. It must be possible to install a reasonable railing. My father thinks it's a shame that he can't go to the palm house anymore.

Very tasty, nice staff. The only minus point, which is not included in the rating - tall people should reserve for indoors. We sat in the beer garden, the chairs are not really comfortable and the bar under the table makes it difficult to stretch out your legs. Since this has no influence on the quality of the food, there are clear 5 stars.

Wasn't there yet. But the phone type in advance was informative and very nice. Have learned that on Monday 11.05 the restaurant opens (you can eat at the table on site ? without a mask?) with strict templates (that's how it should be bitte) please not all at once;) Reservation desired ? .... then I'll be looking forward to the food.

Friendly staff, tasty food.

Great food. The meat was well seasoned, well cooked and served with a generous plate of lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber with vinagraitte sauce. The waitress was very friendly, funny and patient with us.
